Jireh was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. She is a graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineering with bachelor's degree at Technological University of the Philippines - Manila. During her internship at an executive department of Philippines government, she helped in creating offline database systems for the office, answered calls from different departments and did clerical tasks to attend to clients' inquiries.
