Cindy Sidor

Cindy Sidor is a paralegal with over 15 years of experience supporting the executive teams and Boards of Directors of U.S.-based public companies. She began her career in law firms, where she discovered an interest in corporate law and in using legal technology to make legal departments run more efficiently.

Throughout her career, Cindy has played a key role in driving legal transformation initiatives, including the successful implementation of Serengeti Legal Tracker and Diligent Boards. She's known for her attention to detail, strong research skills, and ability to manage complex legal information under pressure, from drafting legal documents to organizing case files and keeping fast-moving matters on track.

Outside the office, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, reading, and practicing yoga.
