Constance Oberle Geoghan
Attorney at Law / Founder
Constance Oberle Geoghan founded Oberle Law, PLLC to bring the caliber of legal counsel typically reserved for national and global companies to businesses across Long Island and New York. Constance holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Skidmore College and has been admitted to practice law in New York since 2000.
Constance began her career as an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP before moving in-house, where she has spent more than two decades counseling companies on mergers and acquisitions, integration of acquired assets, commercial transactions, litigation, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and risk management. Her in-house experience includes legal leadership roles at Amerimar Enterprises, Netrality Properties, Telx, Equinix, and Alliance Laundry Systems, where she served as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.
Today, Constance brings that same fractional CLO/CCO-level counsel to Oberle Law, PLLC's clients, helping business owners and executives manage contracts, build compliance programs, and navigate risk with the perspective of someone who has sat inside the businesses she now advises.
Constance is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
